Experience
Islands | December 2023 - January 2025
- Implemented about 80 percent of the architecture and built most of the screens and flows for Leo Wallet (leo.app), a privacy-focused Aleo wallet in React Native and Expo. Shipped to the App Store and Google Play.
- Owned authentication, encryption, and on-device storage, and integrated REST APIs with Zustand and domain-driven design.
- Applied a container-presentational pattern so screens stayed testable, with a shared component library in Storybook.
- Built an in-app browser with tabs and navigation that could exchange data with the web version of the wallet.

Buildertrend | April 2022 - December 2023
- Built Buildertrend Wallet, a financial app for construction customers, in React and TypeScript. Designed the notification service and the onboarding tracker that lifted engagement.
- Also worked on the Python and FastAPI side of that product, including a networking library that cut space complexity by ten times.

- Built the base architecture for React Native apps using domain-driven design and the Flux pattern.
- Shipped web and mobile work in React, React Native, and TypeScript across Madwire Marketing 360, Math Nation, and Brawl Street.
- Migrated older web interfaces to React with reusable components and better performance.

- Built a wallet and trading app for iOS and Android from scratch as the sole React Native developer.
- Owned feature delivery through release on both stores, and shipped the first version ahead of schedule.

- Ship independent products in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Swift, including OpenDBD, SpellReach, and Ocluv. Ocluv is on the App Store.
Cloud Transit Xchange (CTX) | March 2025 - March 2026
- Built and maintained production APIs in Node, Express, and TypeScript inside an existing backend. Tuned PostgreSQL for high-volume time-series data, alongside InfluxDB.
